TRADE MARK FILING / PORTFOLIO
SAFEGUARD YOUR BRAND WITH
TRADEMARK PROTECTION
Trademark registration is essential for securing your brand's identity, preventing misuse, and fostering long-term growth.
A trademark is a mark represented graphically that distinguishes goods or services of one entity from others and can include shapes, packaging, and color combinations. Governed by the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and Trade Marks Rules, 2017 in India, it provides a framework for registration, protection, and enforcement. Trademark registration is key to brand protection, preventing misuse, and building a unique identity. Securing and leveraging a trademark involves creativity, strategic planning, and resource management. Khurana & Khurana excels at guiding corporations in developing strong trademark strategies and protecting brand rights globally for sustainable growth.
